Conveyors, turntables and slides
Our robotic systems carry parts to the robot and away again. We build chain-on-edge or monorail conveyors, pallet-style power and free conveyors, turntable systems and slide systems, and we add robotic loading and unloading where your line needs it.
Our electrical engineer handles robot programming (FANUC) and PLC programming in-house, and the same team designs the control panels and HMIs. Every system is designed in 3D, then built and pre-tested in our shop before installation.

Which robots do you work with?
Our electrical engineer programs FANUC robots in-house. Our named lines include a FANUC Paint Mate 200iA/5L on the KI Industries paint and cure system and a Yaskawa Motoman paint robot on the North American Lighting anti-haze line.
Can a turntable be built for our parts?
Yes. Arm length and quantity are set to your needs, and end-of-arm fixtures are custom built for each job. The 4-arm turntable we built for North American Lighting was designed to paint one lens every 11 seconds.
What conveyors do you build?
