From lens coating to clean masks
We build the turnkey systems that coat head lamps, tail lamps and lenses: clean room booths with paint robots and turntables, anti-haze and hard coat lines with UV or thermal cure, and the IR, UV and convection ovens that cure the finish.
We also build the masks that protect head and tail lamps through painting and coating, and the washers that keep those masks clean. Our customers include lighting suppliers such as North American Lighting, Stanley Electric, Valeo and Automotive Lighting.

Mask washing
A turnkey mask washer for North American Lighting
For North American Lighting we built an automatic high pressure mask washer that uses Challenge 4855 cleaning solution. Its four-station cleaning chamber accepts various mask and fixture sizes.
Spiral headers with non-clogging Vee Jet nozzles spray at up to 225 PSI, and two 40 kW electric heaters are built in. Every mask washer we build is designed to the customer’s needs, with robotic or fixed nozzles, no solvents and pressures from 100 to 8,000 PSI.

How do you size a coating system for our parts?
We design each system around the customer’s parts, cycle time and specifications. For example, the anti-haze booth we built for North American Lighting uses a 4-arm turntable designed to paint one lens every 11 seconds.
Do you build hard coat systems with UV cure?
Yes. Our coating and curing systems include hard coat with UV or thermal cure, anti-haze coating, color coat, flow coating and dip coating, with UV, convection or IR ovens.
What pressures do your mask washers run at?
Our mask washers are built to each customer’s needs, from 100 to 8,000 PSI, with robotic or fixed nozzles and no solvents. The washer we built for North American Lighting sprays at up to 225 PSI with non-clogging Vee Jet nozzles.
